$99 House Rekey Service
We will rekey up to 6 lock cylinders and provide 5 copies of the new key. (Additional lock cylinders $10 each. (An existing key is needed otherwise there is an additional $5 per cylinder fee. Pushbutton electronic locks and multi-point locks are $20 each to rekey)

We will drill your door and install your provided deadbolt. We will rekey up to 6 lock cylinders and provide 5 copies of the new key. (Additional lock cylinders $10 each. (An existing key is needed otherwise there is an additional $5 per cylinder fee. Pushbutton electronic locks and multi-point locks are $20 each to rekey)

How many locks can I have rekeyed for $99?
We will rekey up to 6 lock cylinders for $99.
What if I have more than 6 lock cylinders to be rekeyed?
We charge $10 for each additional lock cylinder to be rekeyed.
What determines a lock cylinder?
Everywhere you insert a key would be a potential lock cylinder to be rekeyed. If you door has a lever lock and a deadbolt with a thumbturn on the inside, that would be considered 2 lock cylinders to rekey. If you have a double cylinder deadbolt with keyholes on both sides of the locks, that would be considered 2 lock cylinders to be rekeyed.
What if I do not have an existing key to my locks?
We can rekey most locks without an existing key however we do have an additional $5 per lock cylinder fee.
Can you rekey all my locks to one new key?
As long as your locks are all compatible with the same type of key we can rekey them all to one new key.
How many copies of the new house key will I receive?
We will provide you with 5 copies of the new house at no additional charge. Additional keys are $2 each.
Can you install new locks for me?
Yes, we will install new locks that you provide or you can purchase new locks from us. You would need to discuss the purchase of new locks in advanced with the lock tech assigned to your work order.
What is the price to install a new deadbolt that I supply?
If you door needs to be drilled for the new deadbolt the charge is $89 in addition to the $99 house rekey.
