Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, frames, or mechanisms
Damage resulting from necessary forceful entry during lockouts
Losses due to customer failure to secure property after service
In certain cases, forced entry may be required. By requesting such service, you acknowledge that:

Smartlock Security is not responsible for resulting damage unless caused by negligence
You agree not to:
Misuse or attempt to disrupt website functionality
Copy or distribute content without permission

Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or emergencies.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe conditions, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
